Responsibilities
- Own the weekly creative planning process from concept through Sunday execution.
- Lead designers, video editors, photographers, and volunteer contributors.
- Develop sermon-series identities, event campaigns, and social storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of creative leadership in church, ministry, nonprofit, or agency settings.
- Strong taste in design, video, photography, and digital communication.
- Ability to lead volunteers with clarity, care, and follow-through.
