The Worship Leader role is a key role in our disciple-making mission. This position helps lead our church in worship while developing worship leaders and musicians who serve throughout our campuses and Next Gen ministries. We are looking for someone who is a disciple of Jesus, loves the local church, and is passionate about both leading worship and making disciples. This role requires strong platform leadership, relational leadership, team development, and a heart for shepherding people. The ideal candidate is a worship leader who can play an instrument, lead a room, build teams, and raise up other leaders.
