Terms

Platform terms for churches and creatives.

These terms explain the basic rules for using ACC to browse profiles, post roles, apply for jobs, request availability, and manage account activity.

Using The Platform

Atlanta Church Creatives provides a curated platform for church creative profiles, job posts, applications, availability checks, events, sponsorship interest, and related community workflows. By using the platform, users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform in a respectful, lawful way.

Accounts And Roles

Users may choose a creative, employer, or community account path. Some actions require the correct account type. ACC may restrict, review, hide, or remove accounts or records that appear inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or outside the purpose of the platform.

Profile And Media Checks

Creative profiles and hosted media may be checked automatically or manually before public use. Submitting profile text, images, audio, documents, or reels gives ACC permission to host, review, format, moderate, and display eligible public portions of that material in connection with the directory and related hiring workflows. ACC may hide or remove media that is unsafe, unclear, irrelevant, infringing, or outside the purpose of the platform.

Job Posts And Applications

Employers are responsible for submitting accurate job details, including role expectations, location, pay, schedule, and application routing. Creatives are responsible for submitting accurate application details. ACC may review, edit for clarity, route, pause, close, or remove job and application records as needed to protect trust in the platform.

Availability And Contact

Availability checks are designed to happen before payment or direct contact reveal. A creative response does not guarantee a final booking, employment relationship, contract, or engagement. Churches and creatives are responsible for final terms, expectations, and agreements outside the ACC platform unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Payments And Access

Creative profiles, portfolio uploads, browsing roles, and applying to jobs are free for creatives at launch. Job posts, quick gigs, featured placement, rush upgrades, search support, and sponsor packages may require payment. Square handles checkout. Refunds, renewals, cancellations, and access changes should be requested through ACC support unless a self-serve option is provided.

Refunds, Replacements, And Availability

ACC is designed to check availability before direct contact or paid introductions whenever possible. If a creative is not available for the requested date, ACC may help the requester choose another profile before payment is collected. If payment has already been collected and ACC cannot provide the purchased access, listing, or introduction path, ACC will review the situation and may provide a replacement, credit, refund, or other reasonable resolution. Job posts and access purchases are not a guarantee of applications, hires, bookings, or final agreements between users.

Volunteer opportunities must be accurately labeled as unpaid, describe the expected time commitment and support provided, and may not be used for unpaid trials, commission-only work, “exposure” arrangements, or as a substitute for a paid staff position. ACC may remove misleading or unsafe listings. Free volunteer listings expire after 30 days and are limited to two active opportunities per account.

Data And Account Requests

Users can ask ACC to review, export, correct, hide, or delete account-related information. ACC may need to verify the requester and may retain some records for payment history, audit history, dispute prevention, security, legal obligations, or operational continuity. Public visibility can often be removed before a record is fully purged.

Acceptable Use

Users may not submit false information, scrape protected contact details, bypass ACC-mediated contact workflows, upload unsafe or infringing media, harass other users, misuse payment flows, or attempt to access accounts, records, or admin areas they do not own.

No Hiring Guarantee

ACC helps churches and creatives discover, review, and route opportunities. ACC does not guarantee that a job post will receive applicants, that a creative will be available, that a candidate will be hired, or that a hiring relationship will be successful.

Changes And Contact

ACC may update these terms as the platform grows. Questions about terms, billing, data, or account access can be sent through the contact page or by emailing contact@atlchurchcreatives.com.
