Before publication
If Atlanta Church Creatives rejects a paid listing before it is published and the poster does not choose or cannot make the requested corrections, Atlanta Church Creatives will refund the listing fee to the original payment method. Processing time after Atlanta Church Creatives issues a refund depends on Square and the poster's financial institution.
Filled early or canceled by the poster
A listing fee pays for review, publishing, platform access, and the selected period or service. Filling a role early or canceling after publication does not automatically create a refund. The poster may close the listing. Atlanta Church Creatives may, at its discretion, provide a one-time posting credit when a paid listing is canceled within 7 days of publication for a documented reason.
Removed for a policy violation
A listing or account removed for violating the Terms of Use or Job Posting Policy is not eligible for a refund or credit. Atlanta Church Creatives may also cancel unpaid services connected to the violation.
No applicants, interviews, or hires
Atlanta Church Creatives does not guarantee applicant volume, qualified candidates, responses, interviews, hires, compensation, or results. A listing that receives no applications, interviews, or hire is not automatically eligible for a refund.
Atlanta Church Creatives or technical failure
If Atlanta Church Creatives charges for a service but does not provide the purchased listing, access, or introduction because of an Atlanta Church Creatives error or unresolved technical failure, Atlanta Church Creatives will correct the service, extend it, provide a comparable replacement or credit, or issue a refund.
Availability checks and introductions
When the product promises payment only after a creative confirms availability, Atlanta Church Creatives will not charge for the introduction before that confirmation. A confirmed response is not a guarantee that the parties will sign a contract, complete the engagement, or continue to be available after circumstances change.
How to request review
Contact the team within 14 days of the charge or issue through the contact page or at contact@atlchurchcreatives.com. Include the account email, order or receipt reference, listing title, date, and requested resolution. Atlanta Church Creatives may ask for information needed to verify the purchase and circumstances.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@atlchurchcreatives.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster directly with Atlanta Church Creatives. Atlanta Church Creatives may pause or suspend services connected to a payment that is the subject of an unresolved payment dispute.
Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Credits, extensions, or replacement services may be offered only with the customer's agreement. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
