Information ACC Collects
ACC collects the information people choose to submit through the platform, including account details, profile details, portfolio media, job posts, applications, availability requests, contact forms, job alert requests, checkout details, and messages needed to run the hiring workflow.
How ACC Uses Information
ACC uses platform information to run publishing checks, publish eligible public details, route applications, manage job posts, confirm availability, process payments, send transactional emails, support churches and creatives, improve the platform, and protect the community from misuse.
Analytics
ACC uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and important platform actions, such as profile views, job views, applications, profile creation, media uploads, job posting, and checkout completion. ACC does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or uploaded portfolio content to Google Analytics.
When a church or organization is signed in, ACC also records limited account activity needed to operate and improve the hiring experience, such as viewing a profile, saving or requesting a creative, starting or publishing a job, and reviewing applicants. This signed-in activity is visible only to authorized ACC administrators, excludes search keywords and message content, and is retained for up to 12 months. ACC does not attempt to identify anonymous visitors as specific churches or organizations.
Public Profile And Job Details
Creative profiles, hosted media, and job posts can become public after required publishing checks pass. Direct contact details are protected by default and should only open through the appropriate ACC-mediated workflow.
Hosted Media
ACC may store portfolio images, reels, audio demos, PDFs, captions, review notes, and related metadata submitted by creatives. Clean hosted media can display after automated checks pass; flagged media stays private until it is fixed or cleared. Free creative profiles include portfolio media, and public display depends on account standing, safety checks, and visibility status.
Applications And Availability Requests
When a creative applies for a role, ACC may share application details, selected ACC-hosted profile proof, contact details, and fit context with the hiring organization for that role. When a requester asks for availability, ACC may send the date, role, budget, and context to the selected creative before payment or direct contact is opened.
Payments
Checkout is handled through Square. ACC stores payment status, order references, receipt links, and related workflow details, but payment card information is handled by Square.
Email And Notifications
ACC sends transactional emails through Google Workspace for account, profile, application, availability, payment, and admin-review workflows. Job alerts and broader email preferences may be handled separately as those features are expanded.
Service Providers
ACC may use trusted hosting, storage, payment, email, media, and operational providers to run the site, store records, process payments, deliver email, and manage approved media.
Retention
ACC keeps platform records only as long as they are useful for account support, hiring history, payment records, audit history, security, legal obligations, or community operations. Detailed signed-in organization activity is retained for up to 12 months. Deleted or hidden public content may be removed from public display before the underlying record is fully purged.
Data Requests
Creatives and churches can ask ACC to review, update, hide, export, or delete account-related information. Some records may be retained when needed for payment history, dispute prevention, security, audit, or legal obligations. Data requests can be submitted at /data-request.
Contact
Questions about privacy or data requests can be sent through the contact page or by emailing contact@atlchurchcreatives.com.
